Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.While updating the German translation I found a few inconsistencies, strings with same meaning and context sensitive issues in the strings of the Editor button configuration. We should keep the translatable strings in synced for all editors.
A few issues are:
"Link" should be "Add/Edit link"
"forecolor" should be "Foreground color"
"backcolor" shoudl be "Background color" (already exists in YUI, but not the others)
"Move forward" -> not 100% sure what this is - it could be "Move layer up" ("Eine Ebene nach vorne"), but also other variants are possible.
"Move backward" -> not 100% sure what this is - it could be "Move layer up" ("Eine Ebene nach hinten"), but also other variants are possible.
"Inserted" could become a context sensitive issue
"FitWindow" should be more self explaining
@Sun: Would you be so kind to take a look to the fuzzy strings in the German translation, please? They are problematic to translate... I commented on them in the PO file.

sunCan you please also create and submit a patch when you create such issues? We have a lot of more important tasks on our todo list and are already working on the major rewrite for 3.x, so absolutely no time for perfectionism like this.
So, tasks like this only clutter the queue at this point in time. I'm purposively marking this issue as "needs more info" to put it into my list of issues to close - if there won't be any efforts, work, and a patch to review.
That means, I'll happily review a patch, but if there won't be one, I'll have to mark this won't fix. Thanks.
