Our current project http://gtwantennas.com is in need of a guided order flow, to have a customer select individual components to create a complete cellular amp system. We'd like to have the customer be presented with an amplifier information/selection page, then once they have made their choice and added an amp to their cart, be pushed to the next required component, antennas; etc. until all required components are present in the cart and a complete system is formed.

Any tips or suggestions as to how to get something like this rolling? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I'd recommend bringing this one up in the forums. My hunch is you're going to have to go for some custom module development that is outside the scope of the core Ubercart code.
