We have some really exciting projects coming up in the next few months and
we need the best people to work on them.

CivicActions is a a Network of progressive, technology revolutionaries
empowering people and communities to self-organize through free and open
source software. We have over 12 full-time contractors from SF to NY to England to
Moscow. Everyone work from home - or wherever they may wander to. We
connect in the same space and time every three months on our company retreats.

We're looking for folks who are super self-motivated, excited about
progressive values, and can make kick-ass sites...

You have a minimum of 3-5 years as a web applications developer and at
least a year with PHP/Drupal - CiviCRM a big plus. You understand what it takes to develop a data
driven web application from front to back and your strength is in
building modular code that gets the job done. You love FOSS and spend a
good amount of time hanging out with other folks who do as well. You
should have demonstrable experience with some mix off:
*nix, PHP, MySQL, SQL, Apache, CVS/SVN, bugzilla You should be familiar
with at least some of the following: Extreme Programming, RAD, OOA/D/P,
Design Patterns, UML, DB normalization You should be happy to work from
home.
