CCK dates (my date version is: 6.x-2.2) are saved one day less or on each edit it saves -1.

is this my problem or the module's?

Sorry I could not find others talking about this issue.

In my server, I just checked, the server date/time is: Sun Jun 14 22:03:15 PDT 2009 (my location is India: 10am now)

In work around #375193: Data From date is invalid. I ran into this issue. That is making the field time zone equal to the site time zone.

one of my client noticed this in a date of birth field. normally i just create field and never check!

The same problem had been reported in #328493: Decremented day and #192173: olddates getting decremented by one day on every submit (at least with granularity set to day), although the cause of the former was not established.

I had the same problem until I changed the Time zone handling of the cck field to No time zone conversion. That solved the problem for me.

selecting "No time zone conversion" for the cck field solved my issue too!

wht might be the problem? or i missed something? can anyone pls explan this behavior?
