Ok, so after installing Devel 1.16 (I had 1.15 before), firefox displayed blank page with some queries (I guess from devel) written (about 6 queries, last being sess_write). The website works fine when logged out (because u can't see devel).

I couldn't figure out why my website just disappeared. So I one by one started downgrading modules.

Turns out, Downgrading Devel 1.16-->1.15 fixes the error.

1.16 is bugged.

This issue should be mentioned on the devel project page to save a lot of troubleshooting time.

The /admin/reports/updates/check, /logout and some other pages come out blank right after enabling the Theme developer component of Devel.
