Hi,

I working a on site where they want to use Google checkout for file downloads, that is the product has the box unchecked for a shippable item. When something is purchased, the site owner has to go to the Google account and mark the order as shipped. From the Google doc it looks like that the API can be sending along the correct information so Google knows it can be charged and it has been "shipped".

Customers expect that with a digital download that they shouldn't have to wait to get the product.

Has anyone seen this, and can it be fixed? Thanks.

I don't think GCO is supposed to be used on non-tangible sales sites anyways, but I'd still defer this question to the support forums.
