- Rewrote amplify_amplify_url to retrieve text locally to save on
transaction cost from OpenAmplify (costs at least 1 transaction to
"spider" a given URL).  Also strip_tags, trim and remove empty lines
to keep text size down (2500-char penalty of 1 transaction pt)
- Fixed amplify_get_basic_info to use new v2.0 XML mappings for
topics, domains and subdomains

Transitioned to API 1.1, added a testing screen for admins to check out their config, fixed an unreported bug, and added a watchdog call for failures.
