paypal express checkout will not allow me to use a coupon, and the other paypal website option allows me to use the coupon but after redirect to paypal it says "please enter a balance higher than zero"...everything else works great i just cant figure this out...there are certain items that are free to dl...but users cant checkout after using the coupon....any ideas??

Sounds like you need http://drupal.org/project/uc_free_order to skip PayPal when the order total is $0?
