Video Thumbnails Blurry

I am trying to use the lightbox/thickbox on my video_cck. No matter what resolutions I use, it comes up blurry. When I use the same resolutions with the video preview, the static image looks fine. Does anyone have thumbnail settings that don't look blurry?
I'm using youtube as the provider.
