Display a users name in the title of a menu item

I am new to Drupal and searched for this but found nothing.

I am using the Nice Menus module and was wondering if there is a way to display a users name when opening a menu item? My site: http://aquaseal.cilon.com/drupal has a 'View Wishlists' menu item which opens a new menu item. Can this new menu item display a usersname dynamically if a user has created a wishlist? And if so, is there a way to get the user's id in the menu item's path so when the link is clicked it goes to the appropiate users wishlist?

Basically, is there a way to add users and their id's to the textfields under admin >> menus >> add menu item ? Is there a way to turn on a php filter? Thanks in advanced!
