Creating a More Dynamic Webpage

I can either do this myself or if there is a better Javascript Programmer out there this would be a great theme/ multiple module idea. I have been working with Drupal and like the program but having some DHTML abilities would be nice. (Don't over due it but have some nonetheless) I have had good results with the DynAPI hosted on sourceforge http://dynapi.sourceforge.net/ and the 3rd edition is now released for beta. It supports all browers from IE, to Moz, to Konqueror, Opera, Safari etc... The api is very good and very fast sometimes it seems to render a page even faster than pure html. Let me know what everyone thinks.
