rotator block is overlapping with front page posts...why?

well, i have completed putting up a basic test site http://dogstarcity.com , (the litejazz theme in red)

and finally working with stuff i never used before like views, and cck, believe it or not. i am putting much done working thru the basic site, although its bloated with modules so its very slow. before i even try to optimize it. the last major step was putting in a "views rotator" slide. its working okay, i made it a block and placed it in the "content header" section in blocks, the only thing is its overlapping the front page content, and i havent a clue why, can anyone give me a head's up? anybody?
