layout broken in content browser

The eldir theme severely breaks the builtin "Content management" interface of Drupal. Basically, the "filter" button gets hidden behind the other forms elements. The radio buttons are also not clickable. That interface is very useful in aegir to (e.g.) find clients or other content types. I attach a screenshot.

This also happens in the user listing.

It is still possible to submit and manipulate the form with the keyboard.
