TODO:
- menu item data synchronisation
- mention what will be synced in the edit warning messages.

- show warning messages on menu overview pages if the menu's are being watched for synchronisation (for clones and source menus)
- delete menu also deletes sync data from the clone_sync_relations table
- modifying source menu also flags the clone to be resynced

Now for the actual syncing part...

- added skeleton functions
- implemented hook_alter twice for menu_clone and system default menu deletion. The latter is not fully functional just yet.
