Exposed Date Views filter could ignore year [#448628]

I don't know if this can be done, but if I'm looking for some option to retrieve all people which have Birthdays in specified month, then I don't care in which year this even is happen.
It's possible to add some option to ignore the year? To compare only the month?

There's a feature request somewhere already to have separate filters for year, month, and day. I don't have time to look it up, but search the feature requests.
