is it possible to use in drupal more then one database?
1. for all data
2. for data about users?
it should be working, like table prefixes in multiinstallation on one database
Comments
It is possible
But requires some thought before trying it:

CiviCRM might be a good solution
Not sure if I understand your use case, but...
CiviCRM stores information about users. It is a full featured constitutent relationship management system. And it also basically provides the drupal profile functionality +
CiviCRM works very easily within a different database than drupal. In many ways, this is the prefered installation.
You can see a demo of CiviCRM at www.openngo.org.
