Hi,

I have installed E-commerce and Voting module.

How can I create products in E-commerce that sell access to Voting module.

for example, users can buy access to vote 5 times.

Greatly appreciate all comments.

Thanks, Darly

i haven't ever configured voting on a ecommerce item but this is how it works on regular content.

yoursite.bla/admin/filters/

then click configure and check inline voting for the content type that you are using for your products.

this will allow you to have voting on your ecommerce items, however if you want to sell the ablity to vote, now thats a whole other issue, which probably involves custom module development.

Yes, want sell permission to vote!

Can I add a node (voting module access) as a product ?

Can Taxonomy be used to configure this feature ?

Thanks, Darly

ecommerce-4.6.0\ecommerce\contrib\userpoints

it might need some extra work integrating with the voting api but seems like it's 90% what your looking for

Description:
------------
The separate User Points module now provides the ability to use points as a method of payment integrated with the ecommerce package.

It also allows granting of points on every purchase (reward points).

Moreover, users can purchase points using real money.

Thanks for the reference.

Users can vote based on accumulated points obtained thru ecommerce?

Voting module would check for points value in userpoints module before allowing voting?

What do you recommend to get the extra work required for integration?

Thanks, Darly

it should be listed in the readme inside the module.

Nope, all wrong

>Users can vote based on accumulated points obtained thru ecommerce?

no, you GAIN points for voting, not vice versa

>Voting module would check for points value in userpoints module before allowing voting?

no
