Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
If the website is on a subdirectory of the domain, like on this example:
http://www.example.com/sub-directory/DRUPALWEBSITE
and the "/sites/default/files" path is:
http://www.example.com/sub-directory/sites/default/files
The custom background images are not displayed. The path on CSS of masthead and background is "/sites/default/files/masthead_bg.jpg" which is wrong.

Gav74 CreditAttribution: Gav74 commentedHi there.
1st time Drupal user.
I have Drupal 6.14 and Simply_Modern 6.x-1.5
Whilst I appreciate that this was an old issue and appears to have been resolved, I seem to be having the same problem, the custom masthead image won't display.
I have Drupal set-up as a sub-directory as above, however I don't know what the cause is.
