theme_webform_mail is not executed

I copied dynamicselect.inc from http://irolo.net/drupal_webform_and_dynamic_checkboxes and dit some work on it.

It works OK with analyses and the download option. In both options the chosen value (linked to a node is shown, with in table webform_submitted_data only the node-id stored)

The e-mail option though is not working, only the node-id is shown

I figure that the function theme_webform_mail_dynamicselect is activated but is does not.

What do I do wrong.

I add the file dynamicselect.inc. (in the test I try to return a teststring) (file renamed to dynamicselect.txt)
