Install instruction says that we have to switch off line break converter. Should rte-s support this function instead of drupal? I tried jWYSIWYG, but it changes line breaks to break tags, not to paragraphs...

Well, with Wysiwyg API you have the freedom to choose which editor suits your requirements best. If jWysiwyg sucks, simply choose a different editor.
