I'm using FCKEditor, so I don't know whether this affects other editors. I have set a field area to allow multiple values. Clicking on the 'Add another item' button does load the new row including the editor, but at the same time, the other previous rows are reloaded and the contents lost!
This appears to only take place when adding more than one row all at once. If you fill in a row, save, then edit and add a new row, all is OK.
Is anyone else seeing this issue?

stackpool CreditAttribution: stackpool commentedI just installed the latest Filefield (filefield-6.x-3.0-beta3) and came upon a maybe allied problem.
I'm using FCKEditor, but not on the fields that are affected.
I too had multiple values set (for a list of files with their individual descriptions). I just went back to add some more values after updating the Filefield module, and when I clicked "Add another item" it generated two new rows with nothing in them, just the direction arrows/handles. I tried this in a couple of browsers, same result.
So I deleted, then recreated the content type and tried to upload the files afresh — same result. There are no upload fields shown now when I try to create content.

stackpool CreditAttribution: stackpool commentedI upgraded after the security upgrade alert to 6.x-3.0-rc1, and it looks like any problems I was having were solved. Thanks so much, quicksketch!

sunWhile I'm happy that you think your issue is resolved, I'm very sure it is not really.
