Does anyone know how I can send a short message to all the registered members of my site? I found the "notify" module, but I don't really see how it can be used to generate a custom message. It seems to be more of a message letting members know that the site's been updated? I am a little confused. Thanks...S

You are correct that notify.module does not provide the capability of emailing all members. It emails members who have chosen to receive notifications at a certain interval, as set by the admin, about any new content or comments at the site.
