I'm using the import module to syndicate some RSS feeds. Some of them have images in the feeds. The feeds work fine, but the image links don't show up when I view the feed via the import module. An example is here: http://dwlt.net/tapestry/dilbert.rdf. Any ideas why the image links aren't showing up?

Thanks!

depends on feed (i got a 404 on your url) but i import feeds with images witch do show up correctly when viewed.

see for example my syndicated newsfeed @ http://willy.boerland.com/myblog/import/feeds and search for "her/cartoon". the tittles are there. rela contant can be seen on the channel itself, including the images. see for your self @ http://willy.boerland.com/myblog/import/feed/71 btw: i do think her is *very* funny every now and then...

What version of Drupal are you using? I am using the recently released 4.3 (just upgraded earlier). What you have there is what I'm trying to create (only for a diffrent comic obviously). So I added the feed for that comic to my site, but I still just get the href links and no img links. Is there a configuration change to drupal I need to make? Perhaps its related to my XML parser or some php.ini setting? Anyone?

Thanks

If I understand what you are asking, it is simple to add images to your incoming feeds.

To get the images to show up in your incoming RSS feeds, just add the image html tag <img> to your "Allowed HTML tags" settings under:

Home » Administer » Settings » aggregator
