Mission, node titles, footer not showing

When I use a different theme the mission, node titles and footer show, but when I change to this theme they don't. I have not modified the tpl files. I made sure in the theme config. that everything I want is turned on. I don't understand why it is not working. Node titles do show in blocks, just not on page view of node.
