No way out!!!

If a user starts the registration process through facebook connect - and then finds that they cannot complete that process - there is no way out: there is no 'cancel' button. Even if the browser window is closed and then the site revisited the user is forced back to the facebook connect registration procedure.

This feels like bullying!

This is particularly important if the user is an existing drupal site user who sees the face book connect button and thinks that it will enable them to sync a facebook account with their existing Drupal account - NOT be forced to start a whole new Drupal account.
