No settings

I need to see SQL queries to check some changes I made in contributed modules. I am working with version 4.6.3 of Drupal. I don't see anything in admin/settings/devel only the word array and the "Save configuration" and "Reset to defaults" buttons. Is this a bug? Should I use CVS version of Drupal? Is there a version of this module that works for 4.6.3? Or can it be made to work for that version easily? Thanks for your help.
