Releases for Comments in vBulletin

Fixed errors with unpublishing comments on PHP5 and creating user in forum from #887572: Just Installed - Code Error

New features:
Module have some features for linking of users in both databases:
- linking of user's accounts in Drupal and vBulletin;
- automatic registration of new users from Drupal in vBulletin;
- syncronasing of user's name, E-mail, password from Drupal to vBulletin;
- increasing post's counter of user in vBulletin with comments in Drupal;
- shared login and logoff in vBulletin with the same actions in Drupal;
- shared activating/deactivating accounts from Drupal.

* checkboxes for automatic generation of subject and quoting in body
* for users with administer_comments rigts in links zone are showing hostname and E-mail of anonymous poster
* setting of author of start post in forum - author of node or first comment

* errors with displaying of E-mail and homepage of guests

Also:
* Rewritten function to convert HTML tags into bbcode tags and removing inconvertibility tags
* Some code cleanings.

Fixed errors in code: calling of undefined function comment_get_recent()

1) default for all site;
2) default for a node type; [overwrite previous stage]
3) user's defined with creating a node. [overwrite previous stage; user must have rights to administer comments]

I have some problems with CVS. This release is a mix of files for Drupal 5 and Drupal 6. Please! Don't download it! Download development snapshot - it's include all actual files.

- list of nodes with links to threads in forum, which store comments
