Role or Account Level WebForm Security and Permissions

The desired outcome is that only the original author/account of a form be able to edit, and then view/edit the results. The module in its current state gives either global access to all forms or none at all. If you can edit one form, you can edit them all, likewise with results.

When some forms and survey have a need for privacy and security, the current module provides no way to prevent the author from one form from accessing, viewing and editing the results of another accounts forms.

Either provide this functionality native to the module, or take advantage of Organic Groups to provide more secure authorship and review of webforms.
