I am wanting to convert to drupal, and it's looking more and more feasable every time I post. If you've noticed, I have posted about a POTD script; however, have not made any headway. I did, however, just have an idea.

I have a POTD script right now, which seems to work fine; however, I need to add comments. If I was to create a category for comments on POTD, would it be possible to alter the structure type of the mysql database where a "POTD ID" could be added, and then I could simply query comments with that ID to be displayed? I don't know if this'd be simple or hard, but I thought I'd inquire.
