How can link a page made in drupal with a section of the menu?

hi,
I have a question i have added some menu items and i want then to link a page on the website how can i do that can anyone please let me know how to go about doin it ?

Where did you add the menu items?

If you used the menu module then you list where you want the links to go, such as "node/23" without the quotes.

Get the taxonomy_menu from the downloads section and this will do all stories and pages automatically for you. Had me stumped as it seemed like lots of work until I stumbled on this great module.
