Yes, I am totally hosed now. I enabled logintoboggan and disabled default login block. I did not know that the stupid logintoboggan module is full of bugs. I cannot access the site. How do I access the site now using the default login module of drupal. Please rescue me.

If logintoboggan hasn't overridden the default, you should be able to goto something like:
http://www.yoursite.com/?q=user/login
