Problem/Motivation

Plain text emails are likely to appear blank in email clients. This is because of an empty HTML body part, which is likely to be shown in preference to the correctly included plain body part.

Caused by #3526466: Add type checking.

Steps to reproduce

Add the "Wrap and convert" email converter with "Send as plain text only" enabled
