Problem/Motivation

When the menu component attaches it isn't actually loading the library correctly.

Steps to reproduce

Attach a menu to the menu component
Load page with menu
Try to navigate menu

Proposed resolution

Remove the passed wrapper value in the menu.init function that shouldn't be there.
