After updating to 3.0.9 and running the update-hooks the service-list is broken when posthog is not installed before because the update hooks saves a corrupt service entity.

- fixed old update hook
- added new update hook to remove corrupt config item
- improved comments
- fixed spell in posthog config and update hook
- fixed line endings in posthog config and stripe config
