The module description states: This module allows you to restrict access based on user roles, usernames, and user groups. This allows standard website administrators to gradually roll out new features to users and also disable slow or ineffective features.

I don’t see these options in Drupal 11. Have they been removed? There are only the name, description, and status.

Ah sorry, that text is a carry over from versions prior to 2021. This module namespace was revived. I'll remove - thanks for reporting.
