The current composer.json says this version supports D10 and D11, but that's not true after #3568025: Update config properties for Drupal 11.3 was merged. We need to make two versions of this recipe. The 1.0.x branch needs to be D10 only, and a new 1.1.x branch should be D11 only. The fix from #3568025: Update config properties for Drupal 11.3 needs to be backed out 1.0.x branch because it doesn't apply on D10.

This is now fixed in versions 1.0.5 and 1.1.0 for D10 and D11 respectively.
