We want to make sure our content manager permissions are granted correctly, only for new installations, we don't want to create regression. So we assign/re-assign or remove permissions where necessary.
These roles are not intended to be a site builder, rather manage what we allow within the product of Open Social to be managed (we advise you to create your own roles if you like to see it otherwise).
