I have money for this project since I have a few funders that believe in my project, now what I lack is the technical capability, so this I will acquire by asking my fellow drupal community members. hopefully someone here can help.

I am looking at setting up a particularly complicated drupal installation and preferably in french, this is for my MASTERS thesis, which I want to conclude by doing the practical part using drupal.

anyhow, if you are an consider yourself proficient in the following areas of drupal, please contact me! if you dont want to take the cash, I will be glad to donate it to the open source project of your choice.
