is there a plan to bring the factoids like node_load:7 to drupal7?

or how can i port them, i didn't find the code

Those aren't factoids - that's triggered by api.module integration code in bot_project.module. Until API.module is released for Drupal 6 (I'll start using it right around the time the new version gets pushed to api.drupal.org itself), then I'll ensure that :HEAD will begin to work (there is no 7 yet).
