Problem/Motivation

Error message when attempting to reinstall CRM: "Unable to install CRM, comment.type.crm_contact already exists in active configuration."

Steps to reproduce

1. Install CRM
2. Uninstall CRM, following the necessary content removal steps that are surfaced at `/admin/modules/uninstall`
3. Attempt to install CRM again
