Can you guys check that the file wouldn't get generated once you build the theme at 'assets/js/text.js' ?

Sorry @Doxio, I'm not sure why I would ever build the Radix theme itself as an end user?

Without this patch I get errors:
```
file_get_contents(themes/contrib/radix/assets/js/text.js): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in _locale_parse_js_file()
```
