4.1.0-beta1 is the current latest version, and it has been out for almost a year (Sept 2024). This is the only version currently compatible with D11.

It currently has decent usage, and nobody seems to be complaining about this version in particular.

Can we promote this version to stable, so more sites get it automatically before explicit D11 upgrade, without needing to change stability flags?
