Say please, how I can make that some modules was enabled for one domain and was disabled for other domains? Or even better if this modules was visible only for one domain (As it work with a standard multi-siting, if placing a module in the folder sites/s1.test.loc/modules, then it wasn't visible on other sites)

agentrickardI do understand. That feature is not supported, because it could be a potential nightmare to manage. You would have to manipulate the {system} table, which is a bad idea.
In theory, you could use Domain Prefix to copy the system table, and then use domain-specific modules pages to enable and disable modules correctly. But there is no guarantee that something will not break horribly.
This feature is deliberately out of scope.

Thanks for your answer agentrickard but have you any idea to have easy drupal solution to have multiple drupal sites (sub domain or not) with same users, informations but with different databases and modules??
