Quick scan button is functional while content creation instead of content edit

Problem/Motivation

Currently quick scan button is working once the content is edited.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add content (Page or Article)
2. Now click on Acquia Optimize on right pane, you notice Quick Scan button is disabled.
3. Enter the data in the body field and then save the content.
4. Once you edit the content, you observe quick scan button is no more disabled and you can perform the operation.

Proposed resolution

Quick scan should be working when user enter atleast 10 words or something related
Or
Quick scan is enabled by default and but API hit on the Acquia Optimize end would be initiated once there data in the body field ~~ this can be handled by the validation.
