Ok so I just developed a new theme and I was testing it and building it while another theme was set as standard. Some of the blocks I gave customised block layouts by creating block-user-1. Now when I was testing it it all worked fine. I was happy with the result and made the theme default and disabled the other old theme. All was working well but the blocks just appeared without any of the custom layout I made in the custom blocks.....

I am lost, cache is disabled, I ran cron to see if that could be the problem. I checked the paths in the page file, nothing there indicating anything. What am I missing??
