Problem/Motivation

When this patch is used https://www.drupal.org/node/2821962 in Drupal core, TVI encounters External URLs do not have internal route parameters

Steps to reproduce

1. Apply the patch https://www.drupal.org/node/2821962
2. Install TVI, and configure for a particular taxonomy to select a view to render the taxonomy item.
3. Visit the taxonomy item.

Proposed resolution

Ensure that the path passed in TaxonomyViewsIntegratorManager is Internal.

Not sure if this is the correct way to address.
