Component rendering issue [#3416630]

Problem/Motivation

All the card displays of the card component have rendering issues.
Testimonial component gap in left side of image in anonymous user.
CTA buttons hit each other.

Proposed resolution

Check the height of the card component and add fix height size.
Check the testimonial gap and fix in scss file.
Add spacing for the buttons in CTA.

UPDATE:

Issues #1, #2, #3, #4, #8, and 10 are fixed. Issues #5 and #6 are ignored.

UPDATE:

For Issues #1, #2, #3, #4, #8, #10, and #11 are fixed.
For issues #6 (white gap on right side), 12, and #13 can be ignored. The cause of the issues mentioned are due to putting all the components in one layout builder section. For issue #9 it’s in separate ticket and for issue #5 can be ignored.
