Problem/Motivation

My installation uses the S3 filesystem for private/public files. I get
TypeError: Drupal\\plupload\\UploadController::__construct(): Argument #3 ($fileSystem) must be of type Drupal\\Core\\File\\FileSystem, Drupal\\s3fs\\S3fsFileService given,

Committed a slightly modified version, also replacing HtaccessWriter by its interface.
