I am running VBulletin forum.
My home page is Drupal, i want to show my all Latest Posts at drupal.
I want that RSS FEED works on my POSTS of druapal.

That should be easy. You can feed Drupal from your forum through external.php, and you can do it the other waya round by feeding Drupal rss into your forum (there's a mod for that at vbulletin.org)
