Implement within lobby module if necessary - but this really belongs as a wider CiviCRM feature I'd say

Agreed that cookies should be with civicCRM. Would also make it easier for multiple civicspace installs to interface with a common civicrm database. Need to be ask CiviCRM folks to build a nice cookie api interface that could be used in a future release.
